Melanie has extensive experience leading large project portfolios and quality programs for Fortune 100 companies within the Financial Services and Healthcare industries.  She has a strong Technology and Security background with years of experience in those areas in the Oil and Gas industry.  Prior to that, she drove Technology implementations for state and federal programs in the public sector.

 

Melanie has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Industrial Psychology.  She is a certified Project Manager (PMP), certified in Agile Delivery  (CSM), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Prosci certified change practitioner.  

 

Melanie lives with her husband and young daughter in Wilmington, Delaware.  She loves salt water fishing, cooking and yoga.
